You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting vk888 support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled normally, and remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to your verified payment method after any applicable processing period. Bonus Funds will be voided upon Account closure.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. All withdrawals require a fully verified Account. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a vk888 Account are subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements must be completed using Real Money Funds first before Bonus Funds are wagered, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
